MINI MEAT LOAVES `N VEGETABLES | |
1 1/2 lb. ground beef 1 can (2.8 oz.) Durkee French fried onions 6 sm. redskins potatoes, sliced thin 1 bag (16 oz.) frozen broccoli, corn, red pepper combination (thawed & drained) 1/2 tsp. salt 1 egg 1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning Combine meat, salt, egg, 1/2 can tomato sauce, Italian seasoning and 1/2 can French fried onions. In 9 x 13 inch baking dish, form 3 mini loaves. Place potatoes around loaves. Bake, covered, at 375 degrees for 35 minutes. Place vegetables around loaves; stir to combine with potatoes. Lightly season with salt and pepper, if desired. Top meat loaves with remaining tomato sauce. Bake, uncovered, 15 minutes. Top loaves with remaining onions. Bake uncovered 5 minutes longer. |
