3 boxes frozen chopped broccoli 3 boxes frozen chopped spinach 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/4 lb. pkg. Velveeta cheese 6 slices bacon, cut into sm. squares 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese Cook frozen vegetables JUST until tender, drain well. Melt Velveeta cheese with cream of mushroom soup over LOW heat (don't scorch) - can do in microwave at medium setting. Place cooked, drained vegetables in 3 1/2 quart casserole. Pour melted cheese and soup over top, mix together slightly. Top with Parmesan cheese and bacon. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes. Serves 8. |
