GREEN STUFF 
3 boxes frozen chopped broccoli
3 boxes frozen chopped spinach
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 lb. pkg. Velveeta cheese
6 slices bacon, cut into sm. squares
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Cook frozen vegetables JUST until tender, drain well. Melt Velveeta cheese with cream of mushroom soup over LOW heat (don't scorch) - can do in microwave at medium setting. Place cooked, drained vegetables in 3 1/2 quart casserole. Pour melted cheese and soup over top, mix together slightly. Top with Parmesan cheese and bacon. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes. Serves 8.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
