FROSTED SALAD 
1 pkg. (6 oz.) lemon Jello
2 c. boiling water
2 c. 7-Up beverage
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 c. miniature marshmallows
2 lg. bananas, sliced

WHIPPED CREAM TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. pineapple juice
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. whipping cream
1/4 c. shredded American cheese
3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Stir in 7-Up. Chill until partially set. Drain pineapple, saving juice for whipped cream topping. Fold pineapple, marshmallows and bananas into Jello. Pour into a 9x13 glass dish. Chill until firm. Add topping and chill overnight.

TOPPING: Combine sugar and flour in saucepan. Stir in pineapple juice and egg. Cook over low heat until thick. Remove from heat; add butter. Let cool and chill. Whip cream, fold into whipped cream the custard mixture and the American cheese. Frost Jello. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
