BANANA CHOCOLATE CHIP BARS
2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. butter or shortening
2/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 c. mashed ripe bananas (about 2 med. bananas)
