LEMON ICE BOX PIE 
Juice of 3 lemons
Vanilla wafers
Cream of tartar (pinch)
3 eggs
6 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tbsp. vanilla
Eagle Brand Milk

Crumble vanilla wafers in pie pan. Line sides with whole vanilla wafers. In one bowl mix Eagle Brand Milk, 3 egg yolks and juice together. Pour in pie pan. In another bowl beat 3 egg whites until fluffy. Add 6 tablespoons of sugar, pinch of cream of tartar, vanilla and beat until stiff. Put meringue on pie. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until lightly brown. Cool and keep in freezer.
