MAGIC LEMON ICE BOX PIE 
Prepare vanilla wafer or graham cracker crust.

Mix together:

2 egg yolks, beaten
Add 1/2 c. lemon juice and grated rind of 1 lemon

Add 1 can condensed milk. Mix and pour into pie shell. Top with meringue and bake at 375 degrees to 400 degrees until meringue is golden brown. Cool and chill.
