GRANDMA WILLIE'S BAKED CUSTARD 
4 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. water
1 2/3 c. evaporated milk (1 lg. can)
1 tsp. vanilla
Nutmeg

Combine eggs, sugar and salt. Beat well. Add water, evaporated milk and vanilla; beat thoroughly. Pour into custard cups. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Place custard cups in a pan of hot water. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean. Remove cups from water. Cool custard in refrigerator.
