3 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Nutmeg

Combine eggs, sugar and salt. Scald milk and stir into egg mixture. add vanilla and pour into custard cups. Sprinkle with nutmeg and bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6.
