CREAMY POTATOES 
10 med. potatoes (may need more)
1 sm. onion, grated
Salt
Pepper
1-2 c. heavy whip cream
3/4 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
butter

Peel potatoes, then slice fairly thin. Arrange a layer at the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan, sprinkle with salt and pepper and some of the grated onion. Repeat layers again. Put one more layer of potatoes and dot with butter. Pour whip cream over until potatoes are almost covered. Sprinkle with Monterey Jack cheese. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 1-1 1/2 hours. Recipe may be reduced. Serves 6.
