SCALLOP CASSEROLE 
1 lb. scallops
1/2 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. light cream (half and half)

Grease bottom of 6x10 oblong glass casserole.

Mix crackers and crumbs. Spread half of mix in dish. Cut up scallops (unless small bay scallops) and spread over mixture. Cover scallops with rest of crumb mix. Pour melted butter and cream over top and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 4.
