SCALLOP CASSEROLE 
1 qt. scallops (if lg. scallops, cut in 1/2)
24 saltines, crushed
1/4 lb. butter
2 beaten eggs
1 pt. milk
Salt and pepper to taste

Melt butter in large saucepan. Add cracker crumbs and mix. Add beaten eggs to milk and spices. Pour all in ungreased casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
