MELT IN YOUR MOUTH SCALLOP
CASSEROLE
 
3 c. scallops
3/4 c. butter, melted
3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
1 1/2 c. Ritz crumbs (about 36)
1 c. evaporated milk

Combine all of the above. Place in 2 quart casserole. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. P. S. I usually spray casserole with Pam for easier clean up.
