POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed (use the potatoes with peppers)
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 (2.8 oz.) can Durkee dried onions
Salt & pepper to taste
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 c. bread crumbs

Mix potatoes with peppers, dried onions, salt, pepper, soups, sour cream and cheese. Top with bread crumbs. Drizzle melted butter over crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Use large loaf pan.
