SHOEPEG CORN CASSEROLE 
16 oz. (or frozen) can shoepeg corn, drained
16 oz. French green beans, drained
Pinch of salt
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 finely minced onion
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. grated cheddar

Mix all of the above. Put in 2 quart casserole dish.

TOPPING:

Roll of Ritz crackers (crushed)
1/2 c. sliced almonds
1/2 c. melted butter
