SHOEPEG CORN CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. Ritz crackers
1/4 c. chopped green onion
1 can French-style green beans, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can Shoepeg corn
1/4 c. chopped bell pepper

Mix all of the ingredients. Place in casserole dish and top with 1 stack of Ritz crackers (crushed). Ritz crackers mixed with one stick of melted butter.

Bake at 350°F until done.
