AMERICAN CHOP SUEY 
2 tbsp. oil
1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 c. chopped celery
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
2 c. canned tomatoes, undrained
2 1/4 c. elbows, cooked
1/4 lb. grated cheese

In large Dutch oven, brown beef in oil. Stir in next 6 ingredients and simmer partially covered for 20 minutes. Stir in cheese and simmer another 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
