QUICK AND EASY AMERICAN CHOP
SUEY
 
3-4 big onions, chopped
1 box lg. macaroni
Salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. hamburger
2 cans tomato (cut up)

Cook macaroni per package instructions. Drain and set aside. In heavy skillet put a small amount of oil and add onions. Turn heat low, cook and stir until onions are done. Put in hamburger in small pieces and cook until done.

If too greasy, drain a small amount, but leave enough to season well. Mix in macaroni and cut up tomatoes. Cool and store in refrigerator. The more you warm it, the better it is.
