AMERICAN CHOP SUEY 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. celery, chopped
2 onions, peeled and chopped
2 cans Campbell's cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. water
1/2 c. rice, uncooked
1 can chow mein noodles

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In frying pan, saute ground beef, celery and onions. Add soup, water and rice to ground beef and mix together well. Place in a shallow baking dish. Bake for 45 minutes. Remove from oven.

Cover meat mixture with noodles; return to oven and continue baking for 15 minutes. Serves 8.
