POPPYSEED CAKE | |
1 box yellow cake mix 1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix 4 eggs 1 c. sour cream 1/2 c. oil 1/2 c. cream, sherry 2 tsp. butter flavored extract 1/3 c. poppy seed Combine all ingredients. Stir to mix well. Then beat at medium speed for 5 minutes. Scrape sides while beating. Prepare Bundt pan (flour and grease). Pour mixture into pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook 1 hour. Test for doneness. Cook in pan on rack for 15 minutes before turning out. Cool before cutting. |
