SHERRY CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding (4 serving size)
4 eggs
3/4 c. salad oil
1 c. straight sherry wine or cream sherry
1 tsp. nutmeg

Mix all ingredients. Spray bundt pan with Baker's Joy or grease pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Note: Alcohol cooks out in baking.
