DISAPPEARING MARSHMALLOW
BROWNIES
 
1/2 c. (1/2 - 6 oz. pkg.) butterscotch pieces
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. flour
1/3 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 c. chopped nuts

Melt butter and butterscotch chips in heavy pan (or bowl in microwave). Add to the butterscotch mixture the eggs, brown sugar, flour, salt, baking powder and vanilla; mix well. Fold into the above batter the marshmallows, nuts and chocolate chips. Grease bottom and sides of a 9" square pan. Spread in the batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Do not over bake. Center will be jiggly but firms upon cooling.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
