DISAPPEARING MARSHMALLOW
BROWNIES
 
1 c. butterscotch chips
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
2 c. marshmallows
2 c. chocolate chips
1 1/2 c. flour
2/3 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts

Grease bottom and sides of 9 x 13 x 5 inch pan. Melt butterscotch chips and butter in a 3 quart pan over medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; cool to lukewarm. Add flour, brown sugar, salt, baking powder, vanilla, and eggs to butterscotch mixture; mix well. Fold marshmallows, chocolate chips, and nuts into batter just until combined. Spread in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Center will become firm when cooled, do not overbake.
