PAPER BAG APPLE PIE 
1 single pie crust
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. lemon juice
7 c. sliced apples

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. butter

Line pie plate with crust. Mix sugar and cinnamon together. Add to apples. Mix in flour and sprinkle with lemon juice. Pour into pie shell, cover with topping. Bake in large bag (super market) at 425 degrees for 1 hour.
