GRANDMA'S POTATO CASSEROLE | |
2 lbs. frozen, shredded hash browns 1 tsp. salt 1/2 c. melted butter 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 can cream of potato soup 2 c. sour cream 1/2 c. bacon pieces Sprinkle of parsley Thaw potatoes. Mix with all ingredients. Reserve some cheese to sprinkle on top. Bake in a 9x13 pan for 40-60 minutes at 350 degrees. |
