GRANDMA KATH'S HOTDISH 
4 pork steaks
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 jar pimentos
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can mushrooms
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Cut up pork steaks into bite size pieces and brown. Mix together all ingredients except cheese. Put in casserole dish. Spread cheese over top. Cover. Bake at 300 degrees for about an hour.
