GRANDMA'S QUICHE CAKE 
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, shredded
1/2 lb. sharp cheese, shredded
3 bunches green onion, chopped
1 lb. bacon, cooked & crumbled
1 1/2 lb. ham, cubed
12 eggs (substitute: Egg Beaters)

Beat eggs and flour together, then fold in remaining ingredients. Grandma used an angel food cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Do not over bake. Top should be golden brown.
