CHEESE STRUDEL 
2 c. flour
2 sticks butter
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 c. water
3 egg yolks, beaten

FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 egg yolks
1 1/2 tsp. powdered lemon peel

Cut butter into flour as for pie dough. Add vinegar, water and egg yolks; mix into a smooth dough. Divide into 3 parts. Refrigerate overnight. Roll into rectangle (thin). Sprinkle dough with 1 tablespoon sugar and 1 tablespoon bread crumbs. Place cheese filling along one edge. Roll like jelly roll and seal. Bake on cookie sheet 30 to 35 minutes at 375 degrees. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
