MEATLOAF 
1/2 to 2 lbs. hamburger
1 can Golden mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 c. brown sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. prepared mustard
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 med. onion, finely chopped
1/4 c. cracker crumbs

Combine 1/2 can soup, 1/2 can tomato sauce, brown sugar and mustard. Set aside. Combine hamburger, eggs, cracker crumbs, onion, salt and pepper. Combine meat mixture and 1/2 soup mixture. Top meatloaf with rest of soup mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
