1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
2 slices whole wheat bread
1 pkg. Lipton soup mix
1/2 c. water
1 onion, chopped

Lay bread in water until softened. Mix all above ingredients. Shape into loaf. Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and drain (discard drippings).

SAUCE:

1/4 c. brown sugar
3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 can water

Mix and pour over meat loaf. Bake an additional 35 minutes.
