MEXICAN MEATLOAF 
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 lbs. hamburger meat
15 corn tortillas, torn in bits
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 ( oz.) can taco sauce
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
Salt, pepper, and garlic salt to taste

Brown hamburger with onion and drain. Add soups and sauces and spices. Simmer 10 minutes. In a 9 x 12 x 2 pan, add half the tortilla bits and spread evenly. Add half, the meat mixture and spread evenly over tortillas. Sprinkle half the cheese over meat mixture. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
