SKILLET MEATLOAF 
24 crackers
2 lb. ground beef
2 eggs
1 med. onion
1 sm. potato
1 sm. carrot
1 can tomato soup

Roll or crush crackers. Put in large bowl along with ground beef. Add to mixture slightly beaten eggs, medium onion grated, as well as a grated potato and carrot.

Mix all ingredients and put in a slightly oiled skillet. Top with a can of tomato soup just before cooking.

Cook on a low flame until the bottom of meatloaf is browned, approximately 30 minutes.
