MEATLOAF PIE 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. salt, dash pepper
1/4 c. grated cheese
Cooked, crumbled bacon
1 lb. ground chuck
1 egg
2 tbsp. parsley
2 c. mashed potatoes

Combine 1/2 can soup, meat, onion, egg, crumbs, salt, pepper and parsley. Press into greased pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Drain off juices.

Frost with mashed potatoes. Top with rest of soup, cheese and crumbled bacon. Cook for 10 minutes.
