HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
4 c. chicken, chunked (4 or 5 breasts)
2 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Accent (monosodium glutemate)
2 c. celery, chopped
4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
3/4 c. Cream of Chicken soup, (can use whole can)
1 tbsp. onion, minced
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. crushed potato chips

Mix all ingredients except potato chips. Then put potato chips on top. Bake 25 minutes at 400 degrees. Serves 8.
