BROCCOLI-RICE CASSEROLE 
1 c. rice
1 small jar Cheez Whiz
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 pkg. chopped frozen broccoli
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 stick butter

Cook rice; add soup and Cheez Whiz. Sauté onions and celery in butter. Thaw broccoli with hot water. Drain and mix broccoli with other ingredients. Put in baking dish and bake at 325°F for 45 minutes.
