BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 medium onion, chopped
3/4 c. Cheez Whiz
1/4 c. butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. water (saved from cooking broccoli)
1/4 c. milk
1 c. Minute rice

Cook broccoli about 10 minutes in a covered dish with 3/4 cup of salted water. Bring to boil. Drain and save water. Sauté onions in butter (medium skillet) until tender. Mix in Cheez Whiz, soup and saved water until well blended. Add rice and mix well. Spoon about 1/3 of rice mixture into a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Layer broccoli and rice mixture, ending with rice mixture on top.

Bake at 350°F approximately 45 minutes.

Frozen broccoli is already cooked, so you just need to defrost it.
