LAMB LOAF 
1 1/2 lb. ground raw beast of lamb
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
1 egg
1/2 tbsp. minced parsley
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Few grains nutmeg
1 tsp. onion juice

Combine ingredients in the order given. Pack into an oiled, medium bread pan. Bake in a moderately hot oven for 45 minutes. Unmold and make gravy from the drippings in the pan.
