CHOP SUEY AMERICAN 
1 c. onion
1 c. celery
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. Minute Rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 can water
1 sm. can mushrooms

Brown first 3 ingredients. Cook slow for 20 minutes. Cook rice according to package. Then combine all ingredients and bake in oven for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Garnish with chop suey noodles with each serving.
