PRETZEL JELLO SALAD 
2 c. coarsely crushed pretzels
3/4 c. butter, softened
3 tbsp. sugar

Press into bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 minutes. Cool.

2ND LAYER:

Beat together:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar

1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip

Spread over crust.

3RD LAYER:

Dissolve:

1 lg. pkg. strawberry Jello in 2 c. boiling water

2 (10 oz.) pkgs. of frozen strawberries, can still be slightly frozen

Let set 30 minutes, spoon on top of cream cheese mixture. Chill over night or until firm.

Sometimes I put Cool Whip over top of last layer. This is good enough for dessert.
