POPPY SEED BREAD 
3 c. flour
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/4 c. poppy seeds

Mix all ingredients well. Pour into two 9 x 5 x 2 inch greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
