POPPY SEED BREAD 
3 c. flour
2 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 1/2 tsp. butter extract
1 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
1 1/8 c. oil
1 1/2 tbsp. poppy seeds

Mix ingredients 2 minutes. Grease and flour pans; makes 2 loaves. Bake 50-60 minutes at 350 degrees. (Usually takes longer than time stated. Test for doneness with toothpick.) Remove from pans and brush on glaze.

GLAZE:

1/8 c. orange juice
3/8 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. almond extract
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. butter extract

Heat until dissolved.
