ALMOND POPPY SEED BREAD 
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. butter, room temp.
1/2 c. oil
2 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. poppy seeds
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 1/2 tsp. butter flavoring

GLAZE:

1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. butter flavoring
1/4 c. orange juice
1/2 c. sugar

Cream butter. Add sugar, eggs and oil with mixer. Add milk, vanilla and flavorings. Mix well. Add dry ingredients. Mix well.

Pour into 2 large or 5 small greased loaf pans. Bake large loaves at 350 degrees for about 50 minutes to 1 hour and smaller loaves for about 25 minutes. Cool 10 minutes in pan. Spoon glaze over bread. Allow to cool 5 more minutes, then remove from pan and cool on rack. Wrap in foil to store or freeze.

To make glaze: Mix ingredients and heat slightly over low heat until sugar is dissolved.
