BROCCOLI RICE CASSEROLE 
2 boxes frozen broccoli
1 onion, finely chopped
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
2 c. cooked rice
1 can golden mushroom soup
1 sm. jar mushrooms, drained (optional)

Cook broccoli, seasoned with salt, pepper and butter for about 15-20 minutes and drain. Add the drained rice and onion. heat mushroom soup, cheese soup and mushrooms; add to broccoli and rice mixture. Place all this in a large casserole and top with grated cheese. Put under broiler for 5-7 minutes or until brown.
