CHOCOLATE "N" OAT BARS 
1 c. unsifted flour
1 c. quick cooking oats
3/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 c. chopped nuts
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces

Combine flour, oats, brown sugar and butter; mix well. Reserving 1/2 cup, press remaining oat mixture on bottom of 13"x9" baking pan. Bake 10 minutes. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over crust. Sprinkle with nuts and chocolate pieces. Top with remaining oat mixture; press down. Bake 25 to 30 minutes until lightly browned. Cool.
