CRAB & SPINACH CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen, chopped spinach
1 lb. crab
1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 c. finely chopped onions
1/4 c. cocktail sauce
1 c. sour cream
Dash nutmeg
Salt & pepper

Thaw spinach and squeeze out excess water. Grate cheese. Layer 1/2 spinach, 1/2 onions, 1/2 crab, 1/2 cheese. Add nutmeg, salt and pepper. Repeat once again. Refrigerate until ready to bake. When ready to bake spread mixture of sour cream and cocktail sauce on top. Bake 45 minutes at 325 degrees. Use uncovered 2 quart casserole.
