1 (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained
1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix or Lipton's country vegetable soup mix
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1 med. onion, finely chopped
1 can water chestnuts, chopped
1 lb. crab meat

Mix all ingredients together and chill. Serve on party crackers.
