GRILLED CHICKEN BREASTS 
3 med. garlic cloves, peeled & crushed
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. light brown sugar
3 tbsp. whole grain mustard
1/4 c. cider vinegar
Juice of 1 lime
Juice of 1/2 lg. lemon
6 tbsp. olive oil
Freshly ground pepper to taste
6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves

In bowl blend first 7 ingredients. Whisk in olive oil and pepper. Place chicken in shallow non-aluminum bowl and cover with marinade. Refrigerate 8 hours, turning once.

Let stand 1 hour at room temperature. Grill over hot coals (or broil) 4 minutes each side or until juices run clear. Garnish with endive and watercress. Serves: 6. (Can refrigerate for less than 8 hours - whatever is convenient.) Really easy! Hope you enjoy it.
