TOLL HOUSE CUP CAKES 
2 1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. milk
1 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1 (12 oz.) Nestles mini morsels

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In small bowl combine flour, baking soda and salt; set aside. Place vinegar in 1 cup liquid measure; fill with milk to 1 cup line. Set aside.

In large mixing bowl combine butter, brown sugar, sugar and vanilla; beat at medium speed until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Turn mixer to low gradually add flour mixture, one third at a time alternately with milk. Gently fold Nestle semi-sweet mini morsels in batter.

Spoon into paper lined muffin pans. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-17 minutes. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar or frost whatever you desire.
