CARROT CASSEROLE | |
2 lbs. carrots, peeled and sliced 1 stick butter 1 sm. onion, diced 1 c. American cheese, cubed 1 c. crushed potato chips Parboil the carrots. Drain well and put in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Pour the melted butter over carrots and sprinkle with onion and cheese. Cover with the crushed potato chips and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6-8. |
