CARROT CASSEROLE 
2 lb. bag carrots
1 med. chopped onion
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
4 tsp. butter, approx.
Salt & pepper
Potato chips

Slice the carrots and cook until almost done. Grease a casserole dish and add the carrots and chopped onion. Add teaspoon of butter in different areas of casserole. Salt and pepper to taste. Crumble potato chips on top. Bake 1/2 hour at 325-350 degrees.
