FARM STYLE POTATO BAKE 
8 med. potatoes
4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
3 c. milk
3 c. diced sharp cheese
1 1/2 c. buttered fresh bread crumbs
Salt and pepper

Make the cheese cream sauce. Add seasoning. Dice into casserole the cooked potatoes with skins removed. Cover with the sauce. Add the buttered crumbs. Bake at 325 degrees one hour. Makes 12 servings.

Note: I use the 4 tbsp. butter for the buttered crumbs, works out well.
